We are very particular about the quality of everything we own from furniture and cars, to clothing. After touring many different model homes, we happened upon one built by Classic Home Design. The quality of materials and the design of the home impressed us.

Over the next couple of year, we kept an eye on the Classic Home Design models that appeared in the Parade of Homes. Just by chance, we happened to run into Steve May during one of the open houses. Steve was very friendly, and took the time to talk with us. We were impressed by his personal involvement in the building process and his meticulous attention to detail. After that encounter, we decided to use Classic Home Design to build our house.

During the entire building process, the staff as Classic Home Design was easy to work with, and made sure every detail was not overlooked. They were always available to help answer any questions that we had.

We are very happy with the quality and look of our new house, and would not hesitate to use Classic Home Design again.

Steve has built 2 houses for us and we have truly enjoyed the process. Not too many people can honestly say that. Guess that's why we have come back. He listened to our concerns and implemented plans as needed. We have now been in our house for 7 years and have had no trouble with the construction. They are a quality builder who cares and listens and actually does come back after you close the complete things that needed attention. We are truly happy with Classic Home Design and would recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy their building process. I'm sure we will be back again.

 Our experience with Classic Home Design has been extremely enjoyable and one that my husband and I would recommend to anyone thinking of building a home in this area. From the very beginning, when we worked with the architect who took the time to listen to us and our needs and design what we were looking for in a home, to working with the various skilled craftsmen and knowledgeable product vendors that helped us coordinate our tastes in style while also staying inside of our budget, to the final stages of the process where attention to the details shine through, we could not be more pleased with the overall experience.

This was our first time building a home and the entire process seemed daunting until we met with Steve and discussed personally with him at length and in detail which gave us a comfort level that we carried throughout the entire process. We would definitely call on Steve May and his team of talented staff, vendors and contractors again if we were ever to build another home in the future.
